I love setting a spring table. Fresh flowers are abundant, and when it comes to bringing them indoors I really feel like you can never have too many. For linens and dishes, green and white is a classic, elegant combination. I like mixing different pieces in the same color family—they don’t all have to match. For dinners at home, after a season of root vegetables and warming stews, I like serving things that are light and fresh: pasta primavera with lots of fresh vegetables or a whole roast chicken—really, anything that goes nicely with a cool glass of white wine.
