PICASSO EXHIBIT AT THE GUGGENHEIM
I can’t wait to see Picasso Black and White at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum here in New York. While Picasso is known for his intense and colorful work, this exhibit assembles 118 paintings, sculptures, and works on paper where he eliminated color entirely. The blockbuster exhibit presents an entirely new way of looking at the legendary artist’s work, examining Picasso’s lifelong fascination with a black, white, and gray palette. On view until January 23rd, 2013.
